Its called having enough pure strength to maintain the speed achieved ...its all about speed strength maintenance ... Form comes from repetition ..track stregth comes from repetitions on the track and hill work ..tailored to individual athletes ...

@@Performancelabofcalifornia if that's the light case he would need a balanced race to get anywhere near the top Cause 26.8 plus is elite and we know 27.plus is at the highest of levels He has like a 9.90 in him lower be if everything is balance Thank you for answering appreciate your work 🙏

@@endlesswaltz740 yes and with proper over speed training he may even be able to get faster.. We are probably 5-10 years away from seeing much more consistent 9.7s and lower in my opinion..

Thx coach! Could you please explain something? Some say (teach) to limit rotation due to force leakage kinda apply force in a max possible straight line, but not one time I heard from you that it helps to generate more power and now you say that maybe Rohan could use it more. So which one of this: limit rotation, use rotation for power, or find a sweet medium? Confusing for amateur to understand, p.s. I'm not a runner, I play soccer. Thx a ton!

Well especially in soccer you have to be able to use all 3 planes in order to play the game. The simple answer is finding a sweet medium, can’t be too rotation but also can’t only use savor all plane..

@@antonpohrebniak5704 I mean the drills are supposed to help transition into top speed. Should be able to do the drills perfect or close to perfect pretty easily but then putting them into your sprint is the difficult part
