Lindsey did a fantastic job answering the questions! Doing research now and diving into my first somm job so thank you very much! To the interviewer- the amount of times you interrupted Lindsey throughout the interview was so cringing ( I'm not even done with the video and I'm so bothered about how many times your interrupting). Things I learned: * Provide 2 to 3 options for guests to select wines from ( Lod, mid, top tier price point & value) *Beverage Program awareness- style of wines, spirits and others held at establishment Cellars look marvelous! Surprised they don't have a WBG program, but then again its Michelin star restaurant so they may be one of thoseeeeeee. lol All good, that's their business module & it works.

Lindsey = awesome and open, interviewer - cringe and keeps cutting her off with every thought that comes to his head. this was a great idea. hope he has learnt a lot from this interview. would like to see more of these... but with the interviewer allowing his guest to answer fully and let the conversation flow.
