Taking off at 17 after High School, I went to Europe for a year. I came back a new person with perspective and confidence unlike my friends who stayed at home safe and warm. I stayed in youth hostels, kitbutz(s) and orchards spending my hard earned babysitting money. I saw most of the art I dreamed of in Paris, Amsterdam and London. I returned home, studied art and design at Art Center College of Design in LA and Pasadena. I have been in the business for over 25 years making a nice living. It all started with the leap of faith to travel by myself. Just do it early before all the excuses implode on all of us as time goes by. I retired early and now paint full time. Tim thanks for all the encouraging interviews including this one. I listen while I paint!!
