I'm still trying to master the fundamentals, but it's really nice to see all the things that I can try in the future. Thanks! And I lile the name Tommy for the post 🙂

Inside threes were my nemesis. Especially right fwd inside. Even after I mastered all my 3's I still could not get that reliably, or at all some days. It was so frustrating. My instructor couldn't fathom it either. Brain cell glitch. When you mention inside 3 being easy that made me uneasy.

The two foot version I show here is a much nicer way to learn an inside three. Gives you the extra foot for stability. The one foot version definitely isn’t easy. 😱 😂

I love your videoos! I have a really hard time transitioning backward to forward it's so scary!! I'm going to practice this if you have any other advice for traditions backward to forward I'll love to hear it! Greetings from Mexico!

Hello 🇲🇽 They are definitely a tricky skill to master. Make sure you’re really confident forwards and backwards first. And practice the foot position stationary first until you’re confident and get a muscle memory. Only then try it moving. Hopefully that will help build your confidence and make it less scary. Don’t forget your safety gear in case it goes wrong. X ⛑

Could you please do a video about the inside three turn with one foot? I try two feet on the ground thing and eagerly to learn more about this trick. Thank you!

Hi Katie! Thank you for another great tutorial! I’m a beginner and practicing transitions rn and I actually struggle with the open book one quite a lot. It’s so hard for me to have my legs in the spread eagle position BUT I coincidentally discovered the inside three turn and this one was much easier for me to learn for some reason. Maybe it’s a good alternative for other beginners as well ☺️

hello teacher..I wanted to ask you something..with the right foot the transition comes out very easy.with the left no ... But I have some problem? Can you give me some advice
@Skatie

This is totally normal. It’s very common to have a dominant foot the same as a dominant hand. The other foot will take time to master.
