This week was very up and down for me physically and mentally. As someone that has struggled with depression for a long time I know it can hit me at any moment. Being able to recognize when my depression is kicking in vs being upset about something specific is really helpful for me so I can be more understanding of the situation moving forward. It's not always easy to realize why you're feeling off but if you can pick up on similarities that can really help. I'm sorry my emotions and energy were all over the place this week, I know none of you are mad at me but I feel bad because that's just how I am.
