I worked in a body shop for 10 years. But it was never at this level. I really enjoy seeing the Improvement in methods and techniques. We didn't have clecos, We had a bucket full of vice grips and a flanger. We had a string and a tape measure. We did have a Sharpie though. You guys are great. This is a real fun show to watch. You know what's funny when you look in the car and you think it's straight, and you wonder what's under it? Rock on.

One thing I loved about the LeMans for the 67 model year was the rear quarter gills. Sad no one makes reproductions of those fenders, the smooth ones are nice, but the gills just make it look so much more aggressive.

That car might look alright when It's done, although I don't think it will ever be the same again. The right way to do a restoration like that, is to jig up the interior & trunk areas before cutting out & replacing the panels. I've driven in some A body's that were done like that, & like I said before, they are not the same.
