You mentioned this method a little bit in one of your previous videos so I stared using it a few months ago and it seriously WORKS. I was having a hard time retaining information and only scoring Cs and now I score 100% on every test. Thanks 😊

How many times do you repeat/review the material roughly?

I don’t know why people are so mad about the ads. You benefit more from that kind of ad than the ads KZitem would put on the video. Keep on keeping on ✌️

True, but unlike other KZitemrs, he actually explained how the product can be useful to what he does. He didn't sound like a spokesperson. Gotta give him that 😉 I have seen others advertise that product but after this video, I may actually consider purchasing since I have to go through credentialing once I complete NP school.

Let's say the lecture is going to be an hour long with about 60-80 slides and that there is a supplemental chapter that's about 40 pages... About how much time do you recommend spending during the Preview Material portion for this one lecture when you have all the other things to do as well?

It’s my junior year and I’ve decided to go the medicine route. My advisors suggest that I don’t change my path, but I’m not happy with the current path I’m on. I was afraid of making this sudden change but I’m looking forward too it.

Hey Dr. Webb, Can I ask you something and can you please answer me back? You talked before about free tuition in new york university, So if I graduated and got my bachelor's degree from another college , then wanted to go in medical school, will they let me in free? Pleeeeeeaaaase answer me because I really want to be a doctor but Financial problems put stress on me and make me want head over to a job that I don't like.

Dr. Webb, I used this method while doing biology and I ended up failing the course? I did use quizlet as my note cards but I’m thinking it’s a bad tool to use if you really want to retain the information...what would any of you guys suggest I understand most definitions effectively but I really struggle at understanding and retaining the concepts in biology specifically with the ability to compile features and labels into certain groups. Domenica Oberholtzer definitely, it might had also something to do with my professor who didn’t really explain the concepts that well...he also didn’t provide a study guide for our exam so it was difficult to know what was going to be on it expecting us to remember 8-10 chapters of lecture in 1 month.

Practice pretending that you're teaching these topics in easy to understand language to someone in your room. It's called active recall. Look up Cal Newport's lectures here on KZitem and he talks about how to study much more effectively. Also you need to eliminate study distractions, so being in a place you can really focus without distractions while you study.

You watch TV for 30 mins and have 20 mins of actual TV. You spend 33% of your time watching commercials. In this video it is just over that percentage. And what's great, you can skip over the beginning of the video. Hope that helps your fast-paced life! 😄
