The fourth of my series of videos exploring the simulation of Vindolanda, a Roman settlement and fort just behind Hadrian's Wall in northern England. This video take you on a fast run through the roads & alleys of the vicus -- the civilian town outside the fort. In many ways, Vindolanda's vicus was its most interesting & vibrant part. There are so many stories to be told in these streets, stores, workshops, and homes! Whether you're a gamer or academic or just interested in history, please stop in and explore.
