Thank you dear friend for sharing your beautiful much needed prayer and comment. Amen! TGBTG! Yes indeed. This lesson is a blessing. Yes, I agree we have to stay in prayer for this dark fallen world.Thank you for the blessed greeting. You have a blessed evening as well. God's continued blessings and protection to you you and your family. I have been trying to send my comment, but it won't allow me to send my post. It says Returned error in red lettering. I am trying to figure this out. It might be too long and I might have to send two separate post. I copied it and tried to paste it in; that did not work. I was able to save and print it on paper and may have to retype everything in again. I am praising God through it. God bless everyone.

(Part 1 comment on Romans 8:1) Thank you Brother Rainey for sharing this Awesome, Great, Blessed, Powerful Verse. I am not a Journalist, but This Verse "Is Breaking News!" It is a Ginormous Blessing! This verse is one of my many favorites. I do not have a favorite scripture. For me, there are too many too choose from that I am thankful and grateful. They cover just what I need. Glory Be To God! I have not figured it out yet, but I am giving consideration on maybe choosing one or two scriptures for every month. The Lord will order my steps. Thank you for sharing your wonderful message of our covering and protection we have with God and the illustration with the trip down memory lane. I do remember the cartoon Peanuts and the character Linus, of him carrying his blanket everywhere he went. My daughter when she was a Toddler, she carried a diaper rag everywhere she went. It became so worn out and torn; I cut it to make it neater looking. She was upset and did not want it anymore. I had to give her a new diaper rag. LOL Also, I keep a Bible in my car. I feel so protected. God blesses us with traveling mercies. Thank you Lord! Thank you Lord for being our Comforter, our Stronghold of guaranteed protection. Thank you Lord for your sacrifice for our sins. Thank you for Salvation. Thank you Lord for Romans 8:1 (NIV)Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are now in Christ Jesus, Thank you Lord, we do not have to carry the burden, guilt of sin. We have a new identity with Christ! In Jesus name Amen! TGBTG! Psalm 5: 12 (NIV) says, Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. (Psalm 18: 2, 30 (NIV) says, The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer, my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. (30) As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord's word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him. Psalm 28:7-9 (NIV) says, The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. (8) The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. (9) Save your people and bless your inheritance, be their shepherd and carry them forever. Psalm 91: 1-4 (NIV) Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. (2) I will say of the Lord. "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." (3) Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence . (4) He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you will find refuge, his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Isaiah 54:17 (NIV) says, No weapon forged against you will prevail , and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me, "declares the Lord. John 3:18-19 (NIV) says, Whoever believes in hill is not condemned, but whoever does not believes stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. (19) This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of the light because their deeds were evil. John 5: 24- 27(NIV) says, "Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. (25) Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. (26) For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. (27) And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man. John 14: 15- 21 (NIV) (Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit). He says, "If you love me, keep my commands. (16) And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever- (17) the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives in you and will be in you. (18) I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. (19) Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. (20) On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. (21) Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them." John 15: 1- 4 (NIV) says, " I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. (2) He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch in me that does bears fruit, he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. (3) You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. (4) Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. Romans 3: 25- 28 (NIV) says, God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood -to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished -(26) he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus. (27) Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. Because of what law? The law that requires works? No, because of the law that requires faith. (28) For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. Romans 4: 1-8 (NIV) (Abraham Justified by faith.) Paul says, What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, discovered in this matter? (2) If, in fact, Abraham was justified by works, he had something to boast about-but not before God. (3) What does Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness. (4) Now the one who works, wages are not credited as a gift but an obligation. (5) However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly; their faith is credited as righteousness. (6) David says the same thing when he speaks of the blessedness of the one to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: (7)" Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. (8) Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them." Romans 5: 1-5 (NIV) says, Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, (2) through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. (3) Not only, so but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, (4) perseverance, character; and character, hope (5) And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 8: 1-4 /14-17/ 34- 39 (NIV) says, Therefore, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, (2) because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. (3) For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin the the flesh, (4) in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. (14) For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. (15) The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. to sonship. And by him we cry "Abba, Father. (16) The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. (17) Now if we are children, then we are heirs -heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (34) Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died -more than that, who was raised to life -is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. (35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? (36) As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered. (37) No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (38) For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, (39) neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

(Part 2 comment on Romans 8: 1) 1 Corinthians 1: 30-31 (NIV) says, It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God-that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. (31) Therefore, as it is written: "Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15: 21-22 (NIV) says, For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. (22) For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 2 Corinthians 5: 10, 17-21 (NIV) says, For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. (17) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here! (18) All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: (19) that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he committed to us the message of reconciliation. (20) We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us, We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. (21) God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Galatians 3:13-14/ 28-29 (NIV) says, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written:" Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole." (14 )He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. (28) There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (29) If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 5: 13-17/ 25-26 (NIV) says, You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh, rather, serve one another humbly in love. (14) For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping the one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." (15) If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. (16) So I say, walk by the Spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. (17) For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. (25) Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. (26) Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. Titus 2: 11-15 (NIV) says, For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. (12) It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, (13) while we wait for the blessed hope- the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, (14) who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. (15) These, then are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you. 1 John 3: 13-16 (NIV) says, Do not be surprised, my brothers and sisters, if the world hates you. (14) We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. (15) Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him. (16) This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. Dear Brother Rainey, brothers and sisters, have a blessed evening. God's continued rich blessings and protection to all of you and your families. Embrace in God's grace and love. We are redeemed through Christ.
