Well MiLady always happy to make you laigh. Laughter is something we should never forget. And the harder the times the more we need to laugh at silly little things....and I bet the Pompeii bordello had it's fare share of those too 😉

Thanks Maggie! I wish that someone will gift me also some Egyptian magic skills one day. Untill then I'll just have to study the texts that we still have left. Oh how I wish that the library in Alexandria would have stayed fire proof 😏

Ahhh Rome, I never clicked so fast. Such nostalgia. I was an exchange studnt in Naples when I was 15. I visited Rome a few times and it had such an impact in my witchy practice... at the time I still didn't know what my practice would become, but in hindsight I understand how the time I spent in Italy shaped my thoughts about paganism. Love these places so much.... as you spoke I remembered my teenage self being mesmerized by Dyonisian cults. I feel like going back but it's difficult times in Europe now... hoping for the best. Thanks for taking us along!! 🤩

I was also in Rome for the first time when I was 15! We got into a bar back then and danced at the tables 😅 Natalia Imbrouglias: Thorn was the song that was playing everewhere during that week. Oh how cool it would have been if our paths would have crossed on that week. The Dyonisian cult is so so so interesting. And I bet that Rome and it's old gods and history will give something to us all when ever we walk on those old sites.

It seems to be a place like that to many. People just keep on returning. And I bet that this wasn't my last time either. I wish to travel more also to the north and south of that lady boot coyntry one day. If one just had more money and time 😶

This world… So beautiful, and the things that humans create, can be so beautiful… But also so destructive and evil. I still have hope, but at the same time, I’ve lost hope. Europe is my homeland… and after Hundreds (maybe even thousands) of wars, some people there have not learnt their lesson yet. The temple of Diana was stunning

Almost exactly the words that I wrote to my journal last night!!! Humans can be so good and also so bad. We are the worst thing that has walked this beautiful Earth. And it is heartbreaking.

Thangs for hanging on the virtual trip! The rune road was very puzzling thing to find in the heart of Rome. They were there without any obvious reason but I'm sure who ever painted them had a good reason.

I was just reading an article in the Daily Mail that might interest you. YT probably won't allow me to add a link, but the title is: "Huge artificial lake in Sicily is identified as an ancient sacred pool that was aligned with the STARS and used in religious ceremonies 2,500 years ago, study reveals". It's quite interesting. The original story is from the journal, "Antiquity", titled: "The sacred pool of Ba'al: a reinterpretation of the ‘Kothon’ at Motya".
