He reminds me so much of Julio Jones, and I'm a Falcons fan who saw every game of Julio's prime. Day 1 he'll be one of the strongest WRs in the NFL, he can muscle away defenders to get open and he has elite ball skills to catch anything in his general area. On top of that, he has very underrated YAC ability and explosiveness, he breaks tackles like Julio did and he's dynamic on screens and short slants. He's my favorite WR in the class and the one I want on my fantasy rosters above Nabers and even MHJr, personally.

We're getting away from the problem children like Baker, Toney and even OBJ. He might be #3 in terms of pure ability as a WR but I think he's the best football player especially at the NFL level. The people will love him, the media will love him and his teammates will follow his lead,. The Giants NEED more players like this especially for Jones as a QB.

Reminds me of a bigger St. Brown because of the physicality, want-to, hands and maturity. Odunze will be WAY better than Allen Robinson and Courtland Sutton. Those guys are good WRs, Odunze will be at the very least a Pro Bowl player with a couple of All-Pros in his career. As noted by you fine gents and many others, this WR class is pure insanity, and Odunze has every chance to be the best one of them all.

I really dont understand the obsession over Odunze. A nearly 25% contested target rate is unsustainable in the nfl. No NFL offense is going to build an offense around throwing jumpballs. I like Odunze, but hes being way overrated. Hes gonna struggle separating against nfl press coverage which means hes not gonna be a #1 receiver.

@@kidmelo1994 I just dont see it. He has nice route running, but his burst out of his breaks are just meh. And that was going against Pac 12 dbs. Im not saying he wont be a good player. All Im saying is he shouldnt be drafted anywhere near the top 15. Receivers are too easy to come by to use high draft capital on a receiver with average burst. Its about value for me. If im using a high pick on a receiver, Id choose Thomas Jr before Odunze without question.

@@deadlyfungus1557 I know what daylight looks like and theres very little daylight between Odunze and the guys covering him. Im not hating on the guy as he does a lot of things really fricken well and will likely be a good player in the nfl. What im talking about is that fact that hes being talked about like a top 10 pick. Thats what is crazy to me. I dont really like drafting receivers in the 1st round at all but if youre gonna do it let it be a generational type talent like a Marvin Harrison Jr or a Jamaar Chase or Justin Jefferson. I just dont see Odunze in that same category so hes not worth a high end 1st round pick imo. Im a Packer fan and year after year we keep finding baller receivers in the 2nd round or later. Use them high end 1st rounders on franchise altering players at more important positions.
