@@123FUG33you are correct, Lakers do not win Game 7 without Artest, but I also have to agree that if Ariza’s agent didn’t try to walk his baby nuts into every meeting with the Lakers and just took the deal that Artest happily accepted, Lakers don’t need 7 games to beat the Celtics. Boston would have been lucky to get it to 6. Heavy minutes from Radmanovic and Walton are what gifted Pierce the Finals MVP in 08. Like Artest, Ariza solved that problem, but he was also more accurate from 3, tons more athletic and could slash into the lane.

I always give Steve Nash a nickname called "ULOAT", unluckiest player of all time. Seriously, who can be more unlucky than him. Everytime it feeels like Steve Nash's team was poised for a breakthrough, his opponent will do some crazy insane things which all you can do is to sit back in awe. Ron Artest's gamewinner is just a example, go look at what Tim Duncan did to Nash's team in 2008. Round 1, game 1, at the end of the 1st OT, when Phoenix led by 3, Duncan attempted the first 3 point shot he ever tried in the season and hit it. And that shot just completely demoralized Phoenix the rest of the series. Imagine forcing Kobe into a airball just to let a role player it a gamewinner, it is just unbelievable.
