8 Time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and IFBB Pro Cory Mathews stopped by the Muscle & Strength Gym at our HQ in Columbia SC to hit some legs 3 weeks before the Arnold Classic.
We wanted Ronnie to put Cory through is usual leg workout to show people how these guys trained a few weeks out from a show. Ronnie did just that... but also did the workout himself despite having BOTH hips replaced just 5 months prior to the this workout. Legend. He never gave up either during the session even though you could see he wanted to. So much respect for the big man!

Leg Extensions 6 x 30, 20, 15, 10-12
*Perform first 3 sets single leg
Barbell Back Squat 5 x 10
Barbell Walking Lunges 2 x 50 yards
Leg Curls 4 x 20-25
Romanian Deadlift 4 x 10
