Plastic body had a small chip when kzitem.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well

Just a quick analysis: This is amazing because Ronnie is borderline using a high bar squat position. As he descends, his upper body remains fairly upright. One could argue that his leverages are what makes this bar position feel the strongest to him. But could you imagine how much more he would squat if he trained low bar? Ronnie's back was so defined and strong, had he trained low bar he would have been able to implement more forward lean, about the same depth or just a tad lower, but utilize his back to assist with completing the squat. Man we're talking big numbers, maybe even over 1000lb squat with a man like Ronnie, holy shit!
