Not only that, but when they decide to defend themselves they ALWAYS lose. 99.9% of the time. Even the brilliant Ted Bundy, who also defended himself, screwed up near the end & lost his case. Bundy met up with “Ol’ Sparky” (electric chair) in 1989. This guy should’ve gotten the same. But one juror voted against it. The jury verdict must be unanimous to get the death penalty. So now the taxpayers have to pay to house & feed this monster as long as he draws breath.

@@DanielMartinez-xz8nj EDUCATION is what is missing. There are many dysfunctional violent abusive families and the children of such families have little hope of breaking the cycle. As they develop into adults most will take on the mantle of either abuser or victim. In "western" societies wherein women are not considered second class citizens (legally or culturally) - it is the responsibility of all (including women) to educate both males and females (adults and children) thus start to change the behaviour. Many victims are not aware that the cycle of behaviour they perceive as normal (that they've known all their life) is wrong, demeaning, disrespectful, and unacceptable to mainstream society. Women (and let's not forget that sometimes men are the victims) need to be given the tools to read the signs early on in a relationship in order to prevent committing to such a relationship in the first place, they need to be instructed on how to hold their own without resorting to violence or screeching (men and importantly women need to learn that it's NOT OK to resort to violence (which includes throwing a plate or punching a wall) or verbal abuse. They need to understand about self respect and recognise when the first step is taken over the line in the sand - because once the line in the sand is breached and is not immediately re-established, then disrespect grows and flourishes, they need to be educated about true love and how it manifests itself - it NEVER includes insults, name-calling, put-downs, ridicule or violence. Many of the people in abusive situations actually have an over-developed sense of tolerance and eventually they either break, lose control or tragically their life.

He is going to be getting more than three life sentences without the possibility of parole but he will get three life sentences without the possibility of parole with inmate justice for killing the little girl. Inmates will not be tolerating that and his paperwork will follow him no matter what Florida State prison he gets taken too. There is no way out of that for him at all and frankly he deserves inmate justice if not capitol punishment sentenced by other inmates sometime during his court appointed sentence for killing that little girl. Massive beatings are indeed coming for him. Frankly he does not look like he can fight out of a single sheet if wet toilet paper either to be honest. Just keep it real.

@@shellie5617 ... It does, the best prison Channel out there today that explains it well is from a former Tampa local boy from the bloods going by the KZitem screenname of "1090 Jake" who's real name is Jake Cherry one of the very few white blood members from our area known for a lot of burglaries , robberies and violence in Tampa. He graduated from my wife's high school in Tampa back in 2012 and known through the bloods to of banged with the old local gang known for violence and burglaries called the "town n country possee" before rocking ( aka joining the bloods) . On his Channel he described everything the internal gangs use inside Florida jails to Florida prisons from the paperwork the gangs demand to see once a new inmate comes into the system to the guards themselves and who they target for what crimes. Harming any child in anyway shape or form is instant beatings from the bloods and crips. Now the GDs (Gangsters Disciples) are known as booty bandits inside the Florida department of corrections so they don't care if a child is harmed. They target the younger and weaker white inmates as it is. The bloods and crips have it into their enternal policy's to Target those who target the youth , the bloods more so than the crips but both do. The bloods control the majority of the internal Florida department of corrections. Though I have never been conviçted nor served time in the Florida department of corrections, I have been arrested for one felony resulting in fighting known gang members in tampa and arrested in misdemeanor regarding violence in st. Petersburg against another gang member. Yes I have internal connections with the crips and from town and country possee also like Jake cherry does himself with the town and country possee and bloods who tie flags (meaning they get along for the same goals when it comes to targeting those who target the youths. Regarding my two cases, I proved my two cases in self defense in court and never received any sentence at all, never going back into the gang lifestyle like Jake cherry is not either. We both have loving familes and children of are own today so our past is staying in our past. But during my time in custody, yes I seen it all and regarding Jake Cherry's prison sentence, he's been through it all during all his years in the department of corrections. I promise this fool will be lucky if he even lives after her murder. They will be targeting him no matter where he goes in the doc and there is no way he will be able to talk his way out of it. The bloods and crips will handle him tying flags and he will be lucky if the bloods and crips do not throw him to the GDs to be raped afterwards ongoing.

@@shellie5617 .. I feel the same way you do on not having feelings about him from this time forward, I could frankly care less, he is getting what he deserves for doing this to his entire family who did not have the chance to defend themselves or get someone in to defend them. My heart breaks for other family and friends of the victims. But they can be rest assured, he will be dealt with internally starting in three weeks if it has not occured already. Inmates have ways to get to inmates in protective custody and it always starts with the inmates who clean the dorms and help the officers deliver trays throughout the unit during meals. Hits are normally put out during what is known as kites being passed around to other inmates in addition many guards do let this occur is such cases also. Time is running out for him.

For those angry about no death sentence, there are other people in jail who made terrible decisions, but most every single one of them will agree that any crimes acted on a child are unacceptable. He's going to suffer every single day of his life until he dies in a prison cell. If there's someone beating the snot out of him, those guards will turn their back, I guarantee you that. He will suffer every day until he has that meeting with the Lord Father and is sent to live out the rest of eternity in suffering.

Absolutely - why prisoners get a free ride is beyond me. Make them grow their own vegetables would be a good start and take care of chickens (no vegies or eggs = hunger) What they don't need is all the body building equipment so they can dedicate hours each day to improving their strength. Parole boards should not take into account how a paedophile or rapist behaved beautifully whilst incarcerated given that neither children or women had been regularly available to them. Perhaps parole boards should take into account if an inmate has improved his mind (and I don't mean finding Jesus). Inmates could gain parole hearing "brownie points" by taking online classes and passing the assessments - e.g. another language / basic English (most seem to need it) / basic maths / history and geography / elementary plumbing / garden maintenance / pool maintenance / elementary carpentry (anything that may be remotely useful for them once they get released AND which may just help to expand their atrophied brains.
