Great concept! I started thinking that maybe create a bit larger "catch" at the end of the ladder and add wheels to the end of the ladder, then when you have the tent slid all the way off the truck, you just lower the ladder down, stand on the tailgate (lowering the truck a bit), and stand it up and roll it away. All done without switching it over to the furniture dolly.

This is great. I'm planning on using this idea for my own tent. The only issue is that I have an ikamper which is much longer, so i might have to switch a few things up, but an excellent concept regardless.

I think I'll just keep using my $300 ground tent, which is lighter, more portable, doesn't reduce gas mileage and I can just throw in the car in 2 seconds. Still though, bravo for this cool installation system!
