Ingredients
Whipping cream - 1 1/2 cup or 350 ml
Gulkand (rose petal conserve) - 1/4 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Rose syrup - 3 tbsp
Roughly chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup
Dried rose petals (optional)- 2 tbsp
Method
• Whip thoroughly chilled whipping cream to soft peaks.
• Add condensed milk, gulkand, walnuts & rose petals.
• Fold in these ingredients gently into the whipped cream.
• Pour the mixture into a dish and cover it with a cling film.
• Put it into the freezer for 10 to 12 hours to set.
• Garnish it with walnuts and rose petals before you serve.
