Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement in Western Uganda is home to about 82,731 refugees. Save the Children ensure over 18,000 refugee children are protected through child-friendly spaces, case management, and community systems strengthening. Rosette Kobusinge, a child protection officer, supports children through Catch Up Clubs and psychosocial support to ensure children feel safe and recover from the trauma caused by conflict they fled together with their families.
