Rosol z kury is the Polish version of chicken soup (chicken bouillon). I'm cooking it in a pressure cooker for 1 hour but traditionally is cooking for about 3 hours. Very easy and delicious.
Very important - natural release the steam, another way will be not clear.
Ingredients:
chicken
3 carrots,
2 parsley roots
swede (1/4 of a small one)
1/5 of small celery root
2 small onions (burn one for better flavour)
2 small leeks
salt,
1/2 tbsp peppercorns
1 tbsp Vegetta (optional - do not add salt if using)
