The previous two phases have added lanes on Ross Clark Circle from south of Bauman Drive to south of Meadowbrooke Drive and on U.S. Highway 84 from Bel Aire Drive to North Englewood Avenue.
As part of the second phase of the project, a triple left turn from Ross Clark Circle onto U.S. Highway 84 West was also installed. The triple left turn allows more traffic to move more efficiently off Ross Clark Circle and onto U.S. Highway 84.
