What's up Jason? Last night I am very busy. I know it's a very easy lever action rifle to maintain.

Nice, I've been looking for a Mare's Leg in 45LC; thought about just getting a full rifle and making it an SBR.

Great video! Straight to the point with some quality shooting footage. I've been heavily considering a Rossi 92 variant in .357 lately due to the shortage and price of Henry X Models. Is yours an older Rossi? Or a newer one? And have you had any issues with it? Thanks!

It’s a new model that I purchased about 5 months ago. I haven’t had any issues with it but also did the tune up on it right when I bought it. The machining on the Rossi is definitely less refined than the Henry and I had to debur a lot of sharp edges on the parts that may or may not have caused issues had I not done that. So far it has run great though.

Gunbrokers has a ton of Henry X models. I bought two of my Henry's off that site. With that said, I just purchased my first Rossi today.

I have the same gun and looking at doing the same thing. Have you thought about suppressing it and if so how are you thinking about threading it. Figured it would have to use an adapter to lengthen it past the mag tube. Great video

I have thought about threading it and suppressing it and as you stated, it would need a thread on or welded adapter to extend past the magazine tube. I have a bunch of threaded full size lever guns so I haven’t felt the need to dive into this one but it is definitely something I am considering.

@@LegacyArmsIntl I thought about getting a new rifle already threaded but love the idea of it being about normally length once the suppressor is on

Nothing you can't fix with a few machine parts and a battery gotta attach a piston system to it

You call it a Short Barrel Rifle (SBR), does that mean it is subject to current SBR regulations and constrictions?
@LegacyArmsIntl

Yes, the ranch hand comes with a short handgrip and is considered a pistol. When you add the full length stock to it then it must be registered as a SBR and is a NFA item requiring that the tax stamp be paid.
