Thank you so much for this video. I have been playing this game for decades and had many lessons with many different coaches. I find this video particularly helpful with the post impact hands position. Went to the range and tried it and it worked. My swing is more consistent, straighter and longer. Went for 9 holes immediately after the range session and hit my drives longer and straighter. Got a birdie and a few pars. Couldnt be any happier.

I've seen the Pros doing this but I never found a clear explanation in how to do it, even though it was not mentioned in the lessons I took at my club. Thank you very much Lily! Finally I got it and I'll start practising this, I'm confident it will help me a lot.

I used to release the club down to the target line but never know it’s supposed to bring the club up after the ball impact. Thank you for great tips, Lilly!
@oceanyt8

@feiwong70 you can't bring up the club by force or intentionally. It's has to be natural move up after you hit the ball and just tweak your wrist slightly.

By far the simplest instructional videos. Only one suggestion would be to insert your beautiful swing in slow motion while describing what to do properly. Typical videos make me somewhat excited or anxious to go to the range and try them, but yours make me feel as though my swing is fixed before I even get there.😂

Hello, can u talk about inside to inside downswing ? It is the only way to swing in golf. Golf it is an arc and no one talks about that. .

Great video!!! Your driver videos have helped me so much. However, I was struggling a bit with compressing the ball with my iirons. Looks like I could have done with this video a long time ago. Looking forward to trying it on the range. I would like to ask, do you do online coaching? Could do with your opinion on m iron swings !!! Bless 🙏🏻

Thank you for the very detailed explanation! I have tried a similar feeling before, but I did not lift the shaft up like you said at the same time as curling the 3 fingers under. That might solve the problem, thank you!

Thanks for Lily. Will try it up at the range later. Colin, Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson rotate their wrists at the top of the swing which can be difficult to emulate. Your method is better.

I would say it's the holy grail of golf impact, especially for amateur whose body rotation could not easily synchronize with their hands when swinging the club. Thanks Coach Lily.

Love your videos but I wish this one talked about the right hand. I’m right hand focused and know the left hand goes to the proper place if the right hand is in the proper place. In this video I needed to look at your right hand position in each spot.

Your body rotation does everything, arms and wrist are passive they do not do anything. They are there to hold the club and it happens without any conscious manipulation of wrist. If u start doing wrist manipulation u will never be a consistent golfer.

When u have bow left wrist, se the club face it is very much closed and u will hook the ball.
