Your sketches are not garbage. Actually your art is excellent. Continue making these tutorials and also show in detail how you duplicated the hand part of the sketch for every frame

I want to see blender add a feature where you can do exactly this exept that the software itself does it automaticaly for you. Using 3d models as the references to guide itself where to put the lines. Its like the greace pencil modifier where it spawns a black line on the edges of the object, exept that with the rotoscoping the whole image is flat in the canvas.

On such a simple movement, couldn't you use interpolated frames to do most of the work for you? I'm brand new to it so I haven't yet tested the limits of interpolating frames on Blender but so far it has proven to be extraordinarily powerful. Huge time saver

Hey J! Thanks for the reply. You absolutely can! Great catch. For this vid I wanted to stick to just drawing it frame by frame. As you can tell I like to torture myself. ha. no but I'm trying to improve my drawing. and sometimes Interpolating can get wonky if you are like me , drawing additional stuff by accident. Duplicating and sculpting works as well. Like most things theres multiple ways to achieve the same result. I will def do some interpolate videos in the future! -Z
