Another good idea is to silicone behind the armor so water doesnt sit behind the panels and rust the panels out

I just got That kit, how was your xj coated? It’s it raptor with tint for color?, and how has it held up so far?

I use the colors from Monsta Liner. I purchased the small bottles and put 1 and a half bottles per each bottle of raptor tintable. Your kit may have come with the spray nozzle, if not, you should be able to purchase 1 from Amazon. Just hook it up to your compressor and spray away. I think I did 8 to 12 inches from the surface. I don't have this Cherokee anymore, but I did a Wranger in Olive Green in 2016 and I sold it to a friend who lives in Texas and it still looks almost like I just painted it, even with the Texas sun.

The size attachment on the tool broke off so I had to go to plan B.
