Very helpful video! I've been carving for a bit now and I've finally decided to make a spoon mule. I think it is going to make the process so much more enjoyable. I've ordered my spoon mule plans from you and they should be here soon. Excited to get started!

Interesting how you carve spoons totally different to the way I do it and still come up with a great spoon. I like to get the crank in then the bowl before I take off the bulk of the material. One of the great things about KZitem is it gives craftsmen a window into alternate approaches.

Man, you make it look easy. Everything just flows so nicely. I commented in your first video how well you come across and how straightforward your process is. I can't wait to give it a try...after I watch your last one on finishing the bowl. Thanks for a great series.

No sweeter sound than a draw knife going through wood.

You make it look so easy. I tend to blow out my cuts and take off too much. Wiggle cuts. Genius. I should have thunk it.

do you have plans available for the shavehorse attachment? I have built a spoon mule off of your plans recently and was curious if you offered shave horse planes as well
