yessss more workout! But Guys you shouldn't compare yourself to lilly okay? She's been working out for years. You shouldn't feel bad cuz shes body checking, she's here to help you not make you feel like you're not good enough. When did it turn into that??? And that's her body, yours isn't that gonna look exactly like that but you will get fit and lean in your own way. You are good enough just like she is, and if you work hard like she did you will be happy and body checking regardless if you don't look like someone else.

I love that while this is a no-break workout, she still allows us 3-4 seconds to reposition ourselves and take the time to explain the moves unlike those no-break workouts with crazy fast transitions

okay let's do it! day 1 ✔️ it was quite hard, but not impossible! i stopped the video a few times to correct the movement, but it was very fun. day 2 ✔️ it was great! i was a little bit sore but i completed the video without difficulties. i’m doing also the hips dips workout, and i added 30 squats and 1 minute plank! day 3 ✔️ damn, it was very hard! my muscles were on fire but i completed this! day 4 ✔️ it was awesome! i didn't suffer too much and another day it's done. i’m starting to notice some little changes in my hips dips, so i’m very proud! day 5 ✔️ i finished the workout with some exercises with weights and i'm noticing that my booty is more toned! so happyy! day 6 ✔️ i feel so good! i'm slowly noticing the results! come on girls, you can do it! day 7 ✔️ i skipped a day yesterday (but i went to do a long hike so i still did my little workout!) so i'm going to add one more workout at the end of the 14 days! feeling sooo good! you can do it honey! day 8 ✔️ halfway and turning point! felt the burn, so good! day 9 ✔️ day 10 ✔️ i completely forgot to update this but i’m back! the workout keeps burning but is a fantastic feeling! i feel my glutes more toned! day 11 ✔️ i did it also with school commitments, so i’m very proud! keeping eyes on the prize! day 12 ✔️ i was on my period so i was DYING. i stopped the video so many times because my back and my tummy were hurting so bad! day 13 ✔️ i was a little bit sore but i did it! i definitely feel and see my glutes more toned and my hips dips more curvy! obviously they are small differences but i’m so proud! day 14 ✔️ did it without any problems! almost finished the challenge, i can’t believe it! i continue to see little but fantastic progress, i’m so happy! day 15 ✔️ guys i forgot to update this because i was so busy during these days, but i finally finished the challenge! i'm SO proud of myself, i did it! i see improvements in my glutes and also in my hips dips! this definitely works! i'm gonna try to do this workout for a month, to get more results and i'm gonna update you here. if you want, you can. if you can, you do. come on my girls, you can do it! 💕

I love lilly !!!! After my 2nd son was born, i was the biggest size i have ever been. & it took me a long time to commit to these workouts ❤ but im here to say 6 months later they WORK, i lost almost 45lbs !!! & i had a lotf work to do , to get toned. My ssa is gorgeous yall !!!! Hubby can'teep his hands off me. And now my 11 line abs are coming in. im beyond happy with my results

Been doing this specific workout for almost a month now and girl i can definitely see the improvement 🔥🔥🔥my butt looks so much better, i can see that it got lifted a little bit and its more round now. And now i still do this workout in one set and added your other workout that includes resistance band also in one set.. What gives me the eagerness to continue and feel more motivated is that i take photos of myself in the mirror every week so i can see the changes and improvements. Im also thinking of doing diet plans now and lessen the rice i eat everyday 😂😂😂

Nothing wrong with rice. Just like there's nothing wrong with fat. Depends on which eating habits you. Choose to do, for instance, the starch solution (high starch and carbs fatfree) for weight loss, or keto (high fat low carbs) for wright loss. Different food combos can create weight loss. N The main thing is to eat fruits, veg, nuts, seeds, and plenty of protein and find meals that you enjoy and not feel like you are suffering when it comes to foods.

TRYING to do this for the rest of my summer Every other day starting July 21 June 29 Day 1 - ✅ it was so hard but persevered I can’t wait to see some results June 30 Day 2 - ✅ did it but my butt was on fire 🔥 July 1 Day 3 - ✅ my bum hurt so bad, I paused the video so many times I’m just glad I’m done for now July 2 Day 4 - ✅ did it, feel like I might be seeing a slight change, but it burns so bad July 3 Day 5 - ✅ barely had the time to get to this today but did it anyway and am starting to feel like I’m seeing a slight change already 😀 July 4 Day 6 - ❌ didn’t have time July 5 Day 7 - ✅ done felt easier than the first day but still really burned July 6 Day 8 - ❌ was busy packing for camp July 7 Day 9 - ❌ going to be honest my knees hurt when doing this so I want to take a break from it but want to say that this does really work I have seen so many changes since starting this but am thinking of not doing this every day but more like every other July 8 Day 10 - ❌ didn’t have time July 9-14 - ❌ at camp July 15 Day 11 - ❌ forgot July 16 Day 12 - ❌ forgot July 17 Day 13 - ✅ finally I remembered to do this I have been so busy after camp but dang this workout burns so much I kept having to pause July 18 Day 14 - End results: Will probably continue this workout tell me if you want me to keep it updated 😁 🔆Imma start a new slate doing this every other day Day 1 July 21 - ✅ did it but burned really bad, for the 3-10 I have my arms in a plank form if that makes sense lol Day 2 July 23 - ✅ was hard Day 3 July 25 - ✅ my bum was literally on fire 🔥 Day 4 July 27 - ✅ honestly felt easier but was still hard my bum was burning Day 5 July 29 - ✅ done it was so hard i took so many breaks Day 6 July 31 - ✅ this workout is still hard for me but I have seen improvements and it is much easier to stay consistent on this when it’s every other day not every single day Day 7 August 2 - ✅ done but I kept pausing Day 8 August 4 - ✅ done wasn’t as hard as it normally is I feel like my bum looks bigger and better Day 10 August 6 - ✅ done, I want to explain this I am seeing a difference my bum looks better rounder and a bit bigger but this workout does grow some muscles on your legs - at least it does for me - so if you don’t like that maybe try a different workout but otherwise this workout does work and from my experience - which I don’t have a lot of - don’t do this every single day try every other it is 1 easier to do cause it’s not every day and 2 on those break days it just allows the workout to do more and gives your body a breather - but again this is my experience but anyways this workout is pretty good Day 11 august 8 - ✅ my bum was on fire Day 12 August 10 - ✅ done my bum is definitely more rounded Day 13 August 12 - ✅ wasn’t that hard but wasn’t very easy either Day 14 August 14 - ✅ done wasn’t easy but wasn’t as hard as it normally is Day 15 August 16 - ✅ done it burnneddd 🔥

Starting it today🌸 Day 1;- was easy for me I used to do these workouts few months ago Day 2:- little bit sore but felt burn today I will use resistance band after a week Day 3:- started stretching more and added 30 squats and 2 mins plank hold with this workout

Just tried this for the first time! I loved it. This is the first “booty workout” I’ve done on KZitem where I could actually feel it. The only thing is that being in that same position for essentially the whole time was difficult for me, having my weight on my wrists for the majority of the time, it was starting to hurt in a not good way toward the end where I thought I might not finish the second side. Would love something just like this but with more movements switching between hands and knees and being on your back to give the wrists a break! Thank you for your work!!

You can always pause between exercises and rest a little longer. Eventually you’ll be able to go thru the whole video without a “wrist” break. Get it? Wrist instead of rest? 😂

Okay! I started today Day 01 ✔️ - I used to do workout previous at home. So my experience for today after a break is I can feel the burn really even after a short break. One thing to add here is the workout result will be visible if I am more cautious with keeping my back straight! Wish me luck! ❣️

day 1: hurt so much and had to take breaks but I already felt like my back was awake. day 2: felt so sore but hardly took breaks day 3: noticed a little change in the shape but I have natural wide hips and small shoulders cause of genetics so I could barely see change but it was easier this time. day 4: managed to complete it but had some muscle pain

Attempting doing this workout everyday (6/21) Day 1: it was rlly hard but I was motivated n was able to get it done and my ass was burning bad (6/22)Day 2: Less motivated but still got it done (6/23): didn’t do it (6/24): didn’t do it 6/25) Day 3: Wasn’t too bad cs I stopped (6/26) Day 4: Was burning and had to take a lot of breaks mid workout (6/27) Day 5: Not as bad as yesterday, less burning (6/28) Day 6: Wasn’t very motivated but I did it and I felt somewhat easy

I will personally be doing a series of workouts on Mondays and Thursdays to pinpoint each part of my body. my goal is for a rounder bum and a tinier waist. every other day than Monday & Tuesday. I will do a little 10 minute Pilates. I weigh about 103-105 pounds & I am 5’2. I am not focused on weight loss just toning up a bit and getting stronger. my waist is 24-25 inches and i am aiming for 23-24 . Thursday 8/22 ✅ !!

Day 1 ✅️super hard my arms hurt Day 2 ✅️ same as day one but a little bit easier Day 3 didnt do it i wad tired and it was late Day 4 ✅️ harder because i had taken the break and i had dance that day Butt has burned all days aswell as arms To be continued...... Day 5 break Day 6✅️ it was hard , but I am getting used to it. I am also adding some other exercises. Day 7✅️ I was so tired but I rested before doing this and it was easy till the end ,( my arms still hurt t u e same) Day 8 i had so much homework for liks 7hr not lying Literally ( so did not do it ) Day 9 ✅️ i did it it was hard especially because i finally added all my exercises the abs the hip dip this one / and planks for overall body strength

Actually doing this: Day 1🟢 i am gonna do this after my main workout! I'm burning. Day 2🟢 still a little sore from yesterday, but better. Day 3🟢 It's easier than it was. Suprisingly a little difference! I'm going to keep you updated

@@NubianP6yes, well my booty is defintely a little bigger... but most of all is rounder than it was. Your legs get stronger and bigger also, which isn't a problem to me. So here is my personal opinion Bigger: A little Rounder: YESS Stronger legs: Yes Just don't forget to have rest days!

Day 1: I could not do all exercises in full and the sweat is dripping pn my face. Need a bath. Day 2: Ok, I can’t finish all sets, but it will get better. Day 3: I can now keep my arms up in exercise number 3 but still can’t complete the pumps on the firehydrants. I will get to that! Day 4: Am I the only one feeling the pain in the opposite cheek to the one I am teaining? Day 5: Still can’t complete the firehydrants, but did the rest 😊 Day 6: It was a real push but I am proud of myself for doing the sets. Day 7: I cheated Day 8: I can do all of them except for last half of firehydrants … Day 9: I am getting better at this

starting this amazing workout today!! Day1: it was really hard for me but i tried my best and I finished!! video is just 10 minutes that’s why i managed to encourage myself till the end. Day2: I was super busy whole day but in the end (before i go sleep) i did this amazing workout. I am proud of myself. :) see you tomorrow Day3: At first I didn’t want to do it but then i did. now I have to go work :) girls, i bet you this workout super short. you can do it.

Going to do this for 1 month. Jul 11 - Aug 8 July 11, Day 1 👍- Very hard, but kept trying. Honestly, took some seconds off of the harder ones 💀 July 12 Day 2 👍- Pretty much the same as day 1. My legs were giving outtt but i tried so hard to keep going! July 13 Day 4 👍- The same, but i didnt do fire hydrants fully because I did this later at night and I was all comfy in bed when I remembered I didnt do this yet so I didn’t want to forget but I was so tired and just wanted to sleep. July 14 Day 5 👍- Again, pretty much the same but… I’m seeing results!!! I think im gonna start doing this, and another workout along with it everyday once i get my sleep schedule together and I can wake up early instead of 3pm everyday lol. July 15 Day 6 👍-This time my legs were super shaky and idk why. I think soon I might have to skip a day July 16 Day 7 - lol it’s sep 18, so i just simply forgot, ima prolly come back and do this again some other time July 17 Day 8 - July 18 Day 9 - July 19 Day 10 - July 20 Day 11 - July 21 Day 12 - July 22 Day 13 - July 23 Day 14 - July 24 Day 15 - July 25 day 16 - July 26 Day 17 - July 27 Day 18 - July 29 Day 19 - July 30 Day 20- July 31 Day 21 - August 1 Day 22 - August 2 Day 23 - August 3 Day 24 - August 4 Day 25 - August 5 Day 26 - August 6 Day 27 - August 7 Day 30 - August 8 Day 31 - End Results - I did get this idea from another commenter lol. trying this! Day 1: Done! this burned doing it, and was so hard! First workout where i could actually feel it. Day 2: Done! I have been sick these past days, so I'm proud of myself that I'm doing it. Day 3: Rest day! I will do this 2 days, then a break, 2 days, break.. still sick so not feeling well. Day 4: Done! Still sick, I probably have covid. Did it well, was easier than last time.

day 1 : complete!! sweating like a pig😭 butt on fiya. Hard for rn but that’s ok it’s only my first day day 2: complete!! my butt was on fire the morning after day 1 & now it’s day 2 & it’s on fire frfr idk if I can do this😭 but I’m going to push 🤞🏽 day 3: butt still on fire!! I’m really loving it. I’m gonna push these next few days. Ima try to do this everyday until school starts back.
