Hello to all my dear friends, I am Rana, along with my sister Soheila and my mother Shamsi, we were busy cooking a very delicious and popular dish in our small house in the village. Today we made shami kebab in Turkish omelet with fresh vegetables. Before anything else, I want to tell you that cooking is a matter of taste and creativity that we try to have a lot of variety in our food. First of all, before anything else, I will tell you the ingredients of this delicious dish. The ingredients for shami kebab are veal with onion and spices such as black pepper, paprika and salt, which we prepared according to the video and set aside. Then for the Turkish omelet, we used onion, tomato, bell pepper and a few boiled eggs and spices such as salt, black pepper, turmeric and paprika. Then we started cooking according to the video and after preparing the shami kebab and Turkish omelet, we combined them and finally added some green Turkish peppers.
