Preparation
Line a baking dish with non-stick paper.
1. Combine sifted flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder.
2. Combine an egg at room temperature with vanilla sugar and sugar. Stir with a whisk until the mass is clear.
3. Add kefir of any fat content and mix, pour in melted and cooled butter.
4. Add flour mixture in two steps, mix thoroughly to get a thick dough.
5. Add finely chopped chocolate, black or milk, and stir.
