3 tbsp. l sour cream
3 tbsp. l sugar
25 gr pressed yeast or 8 gr. dry
4 egg yolks
8 gr. vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
Poppy filling:
100 gr. poppy
80 gr. sugar
120 ml. milk
1 tsp butter
50 gr small raisins
1 egg white
Nut filling:
100 gr. walnuts
80 gr. sugar
1 egg white
100 gr. jam (I have currants)
egg and milk to grease the cake
