If you were around for the E-Revo 1.0, you'll know that RPM r/c products made a cool rear suspension arm setup for the rear of the truck that eliminated the toe links, which were a very common point for failure. Typically you'd land a big jump or crash, and the rear tire would start flopping all over. Yup, you just broke, bent, or pulled out the rear toe links! Unfortunately, the knowledge of the true track wasn't as far spread, and RPM decided NOT to make it for the new 2.0 Erevo. However, someone figured out that we can make the RPM true track work on the new E-Revo 2.0!
To do so you're going to need to drill or dremel out the bearing carriers to fit the larger 2.0 bearings. It isn't very difficult, but you'll need to do a lot of drilling and sanding to make this work properly.
Once you're done, you should be able to drive (or crash) your truck without worrying about the rear toe links-because they aren't there!
What You Need:
RPM True Track for E-Revo 1.0 on Amazon: amzn.to/3afxiUD
Comes in blue too, if you want: amzn.to/2xfpzHQ
Associated MMGT Pivot Balls on Ebay: ebay.to/2UwnPlq
ASC25566 or ASC25634 are the part numbers you want for the pivot balls. The only difference is one is teflon coated, the other is not. I haven't found a ton of places with these, but ebay is usually a good spot to check.
