[A: B] means A B A' (conjugate) where A is 1 or more setup moves.
► Pure Commutator Method 1:

A "pure" commutator does not need setup moves, and has a 3 move way to solve the odd piece.
Note: sometimes you have to pick between method 1 or 2 to get a pure commutator.
