This looks brilliant but I would like to have been shown much more.How is the cake prepared to take the icing, do you not crumb the cakes; how is the chocolate icing made and are the flower stalks covered with something before being directly inserted into cake??? This cake looks very different and very attractive. I think it looks lovely.

Before icing we covered cake with buttercream. Cakes were in fridge for one hour after that, and then we decorate them with braon fondant. Every time you have to protect flowers with flowers tape and then stick them in to the cake. We have all of that in our previous videos. Thank you 😊

On second look I think the cakes are crumbed with light brownish buttercream.
