Im glad you are designing your own patterns. Seems Rug hooking supplies are getting expensive. I went to DorrMill and stocked up on backing which was rug warp. Burlap now a thing of the past as it will degrade so rapidly. I only hook 100

Fun to see you hooking one of my earliest rugs. Yours is a very pretty version. Did you know he was on a magazine cover once? About 1979 or 1980. How did you name him George? Then my original rug was stolen in Virginia Beach when a daughter of mine was moving, and a whole load of her favorite things were taken, I wonder if that one was thrown away? Or if it might ever surface.

I remembered. It was Anne Eastwood. I did not know how to enter the conversation. Learning curve is directly related to age (80). I enjoyed joining in.

I've been looking for the mesh tubing you are using to keep your strips tidy. Can you share where to find that? Thank you. 😊
