Sorry for your loss brother... i can identify there bro... i miss my dad he was the marine and these specific cadences i had the anniversary cassette tape "yea I'm old haha" he gave to me so i would be able to go to bed at night when he wasn't home. My aunty his baby sister threw them out - I haven't had a good night sleep in 5 years - but it gets better the more I bring back these memories.... so thank you @Chach i appreciate you to the fullest the new cadences are inspirational but not everything needs to be upgraded.... Appreciate you all!!!🙏🤟❤🩹🥰And prayers and love from my family to yours!

Just don’t yell while you’re running 😅 that’s how I got the cops called on me cuz they said a crack head was running laps around the block yelling things no one understood 😂 I’m too fat and clean to be a crackhead. One of the cops who stopped me was ready to take me in cuz he didn’t understand what I was listening to and thought it was some weird chanting and I guess the man was beyond religious cuz he had the fear of god in his eyes 😂 luckily his partner was an old leather neck and looked like he wanted to smack the shit out of him 😂🤣 safe to say when I run now I try to stay away from the whiter areas which is hard cuz I live in the middle of all of them 😬😅
