Also good for some added resistance for push-ups, pullups, and any sort of body weight exercises. For running though, is a weighted vest increase injury risk? I had some plantar fasciitis flair up around the time I started running in mine. I was never sure if that was connected to the vest or just other things going on. I definitely experienced the same feeling of weightless-ness after taking it off.

Good points on the added exercises. That was something I thought about after the video was made haha. So, I did have some slight discomfort around one of my heels when I went with a heavier weight, but an adjustment in my step helped with that. But 100% on board with your line of thinking...if you have previous issues around your feet, any extra weight and movement could re-present those issues in some form.

Only if I didn't have it tight enough. I also don't go crazyy with decline push ups as far as decline degree, so that helps too.

Yup, although I found that running with alot of weight in the vest was hard on my shoulders. With lighter weight, it was still a hard workout and much easier on the body.

Yeah, they don't really "attach". They just wrap around the vest and velcro together.

@@FizznessShizzness thank you. I thought that was the way, but it seemed too basic and like you mentioned they slide. I love the vest, but pads that wouldn’t slide would be better.

@@jennyg5426 I found that the sliding sorta depended on the amount of weight on the vest.. Meaning, if there was more weight, the vest was less likely to bounce around when I ran, which helped the vest stay "tight" on my shoulders, so the pads wouldn't move. The sliding became more of an issue with less weight, which allowed for more bouncing.
