Great video! I just recently got back into running and a great advice I received was to include mobility workouts on my rest days in order to avoid pain during runs. So far it works :)

I am interested in your Garmin Zone insights. How fast would your runs be if you were running in Zone 2?

Thanks for the comment! According to my age zone 2 is below 138 bpm. The runs I average below that had a speed of 7:30 per km = 5K in 37 minutes. Measuring puls only at my wrist is however not very exact…
