The Reykjavík Grapevine's resident running enthusiast Jón Trausti Sigurðarson takes you on a run up Mount Þorbjörn - he even did it twice for videographer Art Bicnick to get the right shots.
NOTE: Jón and Art visited Mount Þorbjörn before the Blue Lagoon was closed, and before Civil Protection Authirities declared an emergency in the area and evacuated the town of Grindavík on November 10, 2023.
Standing 243 metres, Þorbjörn is a mountain on the Reykjanes peninsula overlooking the Blue Lagoon and the town of Grindavík.
