What a Wonderful group, Living in America and thx to KZitem I came across this great band, sort of by accident searching rod stewart lyrics only to find out Runrig is the creator of those beautiful lyrics. Now "running to the light" is a Masterpiece and my current favorite tune. Thank You for your great work. Many Thx and much Love from Arizona, USA.

Fabulous performance from all!!!! (Incidentally, I read recently that this song was the favourite of one of the female astronauts killed in the shuttle disaster. She played it all the time when in space). Please forgive me if I have this wrong. Wonderful song and thank you for uploading. Kind regards.

You are correct. You'll find more about it elsewhere, but Laurel Clarke's CD fell to earth after the shuttle broke up and her husband and son flew to Scotland and presented it to the band.

I was recently planning to play this song during the late 25th anniversary turibute performance for the crew members of the space shuttle Columbia disaster next to my dna related younger brother’s possible 4th grade teacher in Massachusetts. I will invite the 25 year olds that learned about Ilan Ramon at the sleep away camp that I have been working at since I was 19 years old to the performance in honor of laurel Clark. It might have to be though istagram. The performance will be in early June 2028 in my DNA related younger brother’s possible 4th grade classroom the for the following school year.
