This restaurant maybe small but the way they utilize a mall kitchen and a small dining area , the precision is unbelievably crazy great. The place, especially the kitchen so clean, even the cooks shirts are clean, the kitchen wall is immaculate. The MOST EFFICIENT SERVICE EVER. The service and the cooks has a very good rapport AMAZING, ESPECIALLY THE PART THEY ARE MAKING OR PRODUCING NOODLES WITH SUCH A SMALL SPACE--- AWESOME. THANK YOU❤️👏👍

The best chefs in the world! The beef curry with noodles and rice cakes yummy 🎉
What i never understand is that here in Britain... .if i try to continually soak or wash the noodles ( or pasta) they will fall apart and disintergrate . Some even go stivky and jelly-like. Theynwill break into bits . Yet here, the udon( thick noodles ) never even wears away or breaks at all. Their water doesn't even go cloudy . If i put cooked noodles into water , it starts going cloudy , where noodles dissolves . It baffles me. 🤔😕

I'm not a big fan of Udon noodles, it's just a bit too doughy for me, but I have to admit that beef curry dish looks absolutely delicious. I'd definitely want to try it if I'm in the area.

you need to try Udon from Japan or a dedicated Udon restaurant - it's not supposed to be doughy but almost transparent in appearance. You might like it!

Mass-produced Udon are doughy but freshly made by experts are supremely tasty without any hint of being doughy. They need to be cooked just so too with a bit of bite to them.

Yeah you didn't have real udon. It is definitely not doughy.

Me neither! Like the thin noodle better! But I love the soup!
Just curious. Why do they skim off the foam? And how do they crack a poached egg?? Cook it less yes, of course but mine would be soft boiled not poached.

Do all these restaurants use their unwanted cooked food ? Eg..the small fish, seawweed, left overs etc I hope they dont bin food. Many animals will eat this ....farmers would even pay for some of it . Homeless people will appreciate it too. I hate to see wasted food , that is good enough to eat . In Britain, the supermarkets are terrible at throwing so much food away ...which is not even old or mouldy . Many people have to check their bins. They throw away silly things . Its shocking. People in poor countries would cry if they saw it .
