In Russia, more than 190 nationalities live, six of them with over a million people. Accordingly, the diversity of cultures is also quite significant. I myself lived in the places shown in this film. The state supports the preservation of nations and their languages and ways of life. For example, there are schools where Nenets children are taught in their language, preserving their customs. However, many have moved to the cities, especially the young. Tatars, Ukrainians, Jews, Buryats, Yakuts, Chukchi, Shors, people of the Caucasus... This film showcases a tiny fraction of the diversity. Russia is enormous, allowing for the preservation of uniqueness without complete assimilation, while still sharing a common destiny and an additional common history. I hope it will continue this way.

Not only US wants to break up that nazi state, and it is no wonder that NATO is expanding. Hold strong Ukraine, Georgia Kazachstan, Poland, Estland, and the rest of free and democratic Europe: we WILL break those nazi's, and make Europe a safer place. Down with russonazism, up with freedom and dempocracy

@@worfozread your history well. Russia never is a nazi state! You don’t even know where the nazi’s sprunk from! As for your democracy and freedom, go and read your history again! If your forefathers understood those words, they would not have become ruthless thieves, bandits, rogues, and murderers to loot where they never planted! Killed and maimed innocent human beings! They still do! Your so called lavish free lifestyles are on the ashes of the continents of Africa and the Middle East. Ruthless brains like yours! Talking about freedom and democracy! You are not serious! Your sins won’t go unpunished!

@@josephineamawiafe9428 Russia never is a nazi state! It still is now, like it was under Stalin. Moskovites need a Holodomor, to learn. All russia's neighbours want to leave CTSO and join NATO instead. Maybe the old russian bear has a bad breath and need it teeth fixed?

it is unfortunate for majority of people especially in the United States identify Russia with a negative image and lack of knowledge or information of its geography and its people. That is a vast country with majestic beauty.
