Losing the War and losing his mind..eventually someone the Kremlin will see that Russia isn't being threatened only by Putin and the welfare of the Russian People is in dire jeopardy.. so it leaves everything on the Kremlin's hands to deal with...

Why didn't the EU and the US engage with Russia appropriately after the fall of the Soviet Union? If Russia and Putin had felt secure, Russia, I am sure, would have been a democracy today. Did the Western leaders come to have the opinion that Russia didn't need to reconcile and engage with the West for any reason whatsoever? Could Russia have joined the EU, by any chance? NATO is so important to the West, that it has led to the state of European affairs as they are now. Why couldn't the leaders of the EU and the US try to engage with Russia in a friendly, brotherly manner, even if they didn't consider Putin's Russia democratic?

This video is completely biased and not worth a dime. Russia can´t afford to lose this war, for a whole host of reasons, including geostrategic ones. While Crux is again harking on the only successful offensive that the Ukrains ever undertook in this war, exploting a Russian shortage of manpower in that particular area, Russia has already reversed the tables. The occupied regions of Ukraine will join the Russian Federation, giving the war a new quality and allowing for the deployment of any amount of Russian troops necessary to defend them (including active conscripts), and the "liberation" of those areas still held by Kiev. Russia is going to flood the battlefield with more regular Russian armies soon, and Crux has not caught up to the news.

"regular Russian armies"... You mean poorly trained conscripts that clearly don't want to be there in the first place? Even if Russia succeeds in taking over all of Ukraine, they've already lost. Countries with modern militaries more powerful than Ukraine have joined the NATO alliance. Meanwhile, Russia has lost a significant amount of military capital that they are unlikely to be able to rebuild in the near term. The weakness and incompetence of the Russian military and command has been exposed for all the world to see. With Russian tank turrets spending more time in the air than the Russian air force, their export market is already plummeting as other countries decide the modern battlefield is no place for upgraded old Soviet shit. German and South Korean exports are taking their place. Not that Russia can afford to export anything. Given how little the main tank manufacturer is able to produce under sanctions, whatever they can produce has to go to replace Russian army loses... Especially as those T-64 pulled out of mothball aren't in great shape (even by the already low Russian standards). This war has also caused German to make rapid moves to separate from the Russian gas supply (I always said they were selling out national and NATO security over their arrangement). Now that Nordstream II is dead and Nordstream I has been shut off, Russia will have little influence over these NATO members... All the while repriving Russia of more capital to support its war effort.

Excuse of nato for invasion of Ukraine is very misleading. Back in 2014, Russia invaded Ukraine because Ukrainians wanted to join an economic bloc European Union. After this, Ukraine changed its constitution to make joining NATO a priority. The expression "NATO expansion" is also misleading. It's not like NATO pressured countries to join NATO, instead it's the aspiring members who begged to let them in. Putin should do a retrospection of why its neighbours fear Russia? Russia had never been a good Neighbor, it's a big bully.

Putin doesn't fear NATO, as he knows that it's a purely defensive alliance that has no designs on Russian territory. What he does fear, and rightly so, is NATO's ability to flex its considerable military muscle, both conventional and nuclear, to thwart any attempt of his to defeat a NATO member. If Putin is truly concerned about maintaining the safety and security of Russia then he has the power to ensure that, by not engaging in aggressive wars against his neighbors for the purpose of territorial expansion and acquisition of natural and strategic resources.

Time 0:45 the threat to Russia of Ukraine joining NATO before the war is BS. Putin had already blocked Ukraine admission into NATO by his tried and true method of creating perpetual internal conflict situations with his support for separatists in the Donbas. Putin used this same method in Georgia supporting separatists in Abkhazia and South Ossetia. NATO membership requires unanimous approval by the 30 NATO nations. Many nations are obviously reluctant to allow admission of nations currently involved in either internal or external conflict because they would be immediately entangled in an ongoing conflict.

I agree. Putin also funded ultra nationalist thugs to give the impression Ukraine is a nazi sympathising nation. All theatre. In my opinion Russia should have been able to apply foro NATO membership under some conditions to ensure they are all on the same page, i.e. won't attack unless attacked, but then China will be complaining that NATO is on their doorstep. This can only end in nuclear war. what a mess.

Its hilarious, because the US actively tries to not include themselves in NATO too much because the Americans feel that they spend too much. Meanwhile every European country pulles the US back into the alliance instantly lmfao. Putin could have waited 10 more years, and NATO would have completely dissolved. Instead, he put fuel in the fitre, and made NATO 10x stronger than it was before. As an American, I despise Putin, because he keeps giving us reasons to keep overspending on the military, and having a presence in Europe.

Of all sad words, whether they be of tongue or pen, none, are more sadder, than the words, ‘’what might have been.” What might have been for those young soldiers of Russia and Ukraine, that are now, no more. What might have been for those poor families and their precious children, of Ukraine that are now gone forever. How many more will still die and for what, for who. How many would have been great husbands, great fathers , great brothers, great grand fathers, great peace makers, great ballet dancers, great hockey players but they are all gone. I wonder, was the next President of Russia or Ukraine amongst those that have died , perished amongst the ashes. These young men and families with so much to live for gone forever. These young men will never get married, own their first car, push their precious new born baby in a stroller or even see another Christmas. These are human being , flesh and blood. How many mothers will now have only pictures of their precious boys to look at for the rest of their lives. There is no Mother Russia with out these young men. There are no patriots in the grave yards. The history books are being written, and ‘’ WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN. ‘’ are truly, saddest of all words.

History? Are you for real? the United States has invaded or fought in 84 of the 193 countries recognized by the United Nations and has been militarily involved with 191 of 193 - a staggering 98 percent, Over the past 20 years, as documented in the table below, U.S. and allied air forces have dropped over 337,000 bombs and missiles on other countries. That is an average of 46 strikes per day for 20 years. This endless bombardment has not only been deadly and devastating for its victims but is broadly recognized as seriously undermining international peace and security and diminishing America’s standing in the world. And you ask why they want to come to the west! You have destroyed their nations, stole their resources and enslaved their people, American and the UK think thu are the world police and some kind of great perfect society that wants the world to bow down and obey, Thankfully you're days are numbered, America is weak and your people are so dumbed down they go along with anything you're government and CNN tell you.
