The very first thing that you will notice in the problem is that the expressions in the LHS are conjugates of a surdic expression. This bit of info makes it easier to start solving by substituting a term in the bracket by its reciprocals, since the conjugates are reciprocals. Another substitution will lead to a quadratic equation. Formula method is applied. However, further manipulation will make the terms in the RHS and the LHS to have the same base. The powers are equated and the value of x if found. It is a very interesting approach. The video breaks the whole processes down fundamentals and applies some properties of indices.
