@@CrucibleCoachworks I used these bits that had a spring load locating pin and the cutter was like a 10mm dia hole saw . You would cut around the spot weld and only go through the top panel . Once you removed the panel you would just grind the lower panel flat . Cheers Mal

Thanks for making this, I'm getting ready to tackle this and seeing how you approach it is helpful. Did you purchase that jig or build it yourself? Also, the floor pan looks fresh, did you replace that as well?
