It’s amazing how many people that have dogs that never train them and don’t realize how much happier both the dog and themselves would be if they invested a little bit of time and trained.

We are from the PNW and love trees. Most campgrounds around here have shrubs/brush around the sites for privacy and trees around the edges.

I do that even in the deserts. Keep knocking those shoes together before you get in and knock them on the side rail. I absolutely hate sand and dirt inside the truck 🎉

I keep 3 sewer hoses (Recently we attended the Escapade with the Escapees and XScapers in Rock Springs Wyoming) - The hookups are way behind the trailer. They recommend that you bring 50 feet of elec. water and sewer lines. I had to go buy more at my local CW. I ended up only needing an extra sewer hose, so I was able to return the unopened, unused items. That is a pretty camp area.

I imagine if you went on up the loop and made a u-turn or turned around somewhere and came back to that spot you'd be facing the right way Then your camper would be facing the right way for the picnic table and put in your awnings out and hookups for your water and electric.

I second this. I took a white water rafting trip on that river (Arkansas River) over 30 years ago. Back then you could take stairs down to the river from above. Don't know about now. Also, you are not too far from "Downtown Pagosa Springs." Also Highway 54 around Taos is part of New Mexico's enchanted circle - Eagle Nest, Taos, Questa, Red River, back to Eagle Nest.
