We ventured out on our second trip in our new motorhome! This time it was a shorter road trip to Yuma, Arizona to visit some family and camp for the weekend at Blue Sky RV Resort in Yuma, Arizona. We had an adventure of a road trip to get there because Ally had an event to be at this evening and I had to drive the RV by myself with all three of our boys from Southern California to Arizona. This trip was very stressful to say the least. I had a lot of preparation to do for the trip and then had to manage all of our boys behaviors. This video shows some of the struggles and fails as a parent traveling alone with your kids. If you have any tips or tricks to make a trip like this a little easier and more enjoyable on the parents, please let me know! This was the first time I have ever traveled in any of our RVs with all three kids by myself so it was definitely a learning experience for me to say the least. I always try to set high expectations and ground rules for my kids especially when I have to step out of the RV to gas up or set up camp but my kids can still struggle even when ground rules are laid out for them. Be sure to tune in to our trip after this road trip to Yuma because we definitely enjoyed the trip and time we spent with our family. That video is coming up next! Everything went awesome...until it was time to leave!
