As a psychologist, I want to congratulate who ever wrote the script for this. The dialogue for the therapists was spot on and the actors who played them also did a great job of delivering the lines. Powerful stuff, looking forward for more.

These boys have played into their role exceedingly well and they could certainly take this to the next level. Very good message in this film and a lot of the others on this channel. M If there’s family or friends that you’re on bad terms with; you need to have a serious think about how you’d feel if that person died today, and you never got to make peace with them. Trust me it you would live a life of regret and depending who it is, i don’t think you’d forgive yourself. There will be people reading this that have had silly fall outs with their mothers because she kept asking where you’ve been, some don’t speak to fathers because he spoke in a certain way and you think you’re a big man now, or brothers that you fell out with over the £50 he never paid you back, or sisters because she borrowed your shoes, broke them and never did anything about it. We fall out with friends we’ve been with all our lives over some stupid he said she said sh!t, or we turn our back on them because now you’re moving with friends that well-known so them old friends aren’t cool enough to move with u, or with girlfriends/boyfriends because somebody told you they seen them doing something they shouldn’t have been. The list goes on and on. Just remember, we don’t control when this life is over. We had no control over coming into this world and no control over leaving it, everything in-between is up to us. Make the right choices, if you’ve made bad choices then try correct them or at least accept they were wrong and try move on in the right way. “Life’s too short” - you see that phrase, I always thought oh its just one of them things people say, cos it sounds good, you know like YOLO and Live life to the fullest and all the rest of that sh!t, but really Life is too short, just ask those who have lost a loved one. Or even think back to something that you did 10years ago, and i guarantee you at least 9 outa 10 of you will be like raaaaah was that 10yr ago, times flown. On a real time seems to be going quicker than i remember it did when we were younger, so make the most of it. Don’t waste your life living in regret, or thinking what if, or if only. Do what you need to do, just get it done. Value the loved ones you got around you, treasure your family. Stop looking at others and comparing yourself thinking your worse off than the next man, instead look at the man who’s got less than you and appreciate what we do have. Cos really we got more than most. Most of us have got a roof over our heads, we go to sleep inside nice n dry, we’ve got enough clothes to survive, we got enough food, so that puts us ahead of 80% of the world population, and then we got the thing that people don’t value enough; Family and Friends. All everyone cares about is money, yes we need money to get by and to survive, and yes its great to have a lot of it, but having lots of money isn’t the be all and end all, that money isn’t going to remember us when we’re dead, or pray for us when we’re in difficulty. So trust me make your days count. Keep that love with your family and friends. And always have faith and belief in the One God who is the greatest, who gives and takes what he wants when he wants. Praise God for everything good, thank God for everything he gives us and takes, and ask for forgiveness from God when things are going bad, and ask God for help and guidance, and i guarantee you will get thru everything life throws at you.

I would NEVER, for as long as I live, let a romantic partner come between me and my friends. I'm sorry, it's just not worth it. You can always find somebody else, but a good friend? A loyal friend? That's hard to come by these days. I'd rather be single with friends than be single and friendless. Easier said than done to not be angry and hurt, to not want to fuck someone up, but it's just not worth it. Right now as I'm typing this, I'm patting myself on the back for discovering this beautiful short film. The performances are phenomenal. I had to pause and praise everything and everyone involved in this! What do I give it? A 10 out of a 10!
