Assalamu alaykom, Can you make your video in English or atleast with translation, my husband is Jordanian and he really like hilbeh but i don’t understand arabic much, thanks 😇

Good evening. To make fenugreek, you have to soak 3 tablespoons of fenugreek for an hour or more. The second step is to bring a small saucepan and put two cups of sugar and a cup of water in it, then put it on the gas and the temperature is medium. When boiling, put some drops of lemon and leave it on the fire after boiling for a while. 10 minutes, then turn off the gas and set it aside. The third step: Bring a deep bowl and put in it two cups of semolina, two cups of flour, and a large spoonful of sugar. Put a small spoonful of yeast and a small spoonful of baking powder, mix them well, then turn on the gas, drain the fenugreek, put two cups of water on it, and let it boil to knead. In it the dough and after boiling my soaked guest gradually on the mixture and do not forget the oil Half a cup of frying oil and half a cup of olive oil and put two spoons of sesame and knead a dough like the video and let it rest then put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celcius and after you take it out of the oven put the syrup on it and it is ready to apply
