حرارة الفرن 350 درجة F اي 180 درجة C على الرف الوسط لمدة 12 دقيقة.
Ingredients:
1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup(50 g) powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 cups (260 g) all_purpose flour, sifted
1 cup (100 g) finely chopped pistachios
powdered sugar for topping
🌹Instructions🌹
1. In a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat butter on low speed for 1 minute. Add salt and powdered sugar and beat until combined. Add lemon zest and vanilla, then mix to incorporate.
2. Add flour to the butter mixture and mix by hands until well combined. Mix in the pistachios.
3. Divide the dough into small balls (10 g each) and form small cylinders, then bend each one into a crescent shape. Place the cookies on the baking sheet, leaving space in between (I used 2 half sheets). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Bake 1 sheet at a time in preheated 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) on the center rack for 12 minutes or until the bottom is light golden. Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
5. Using a fine strainer, dust the cookies with powdered sugar and enjoy.
