Rysy is a mountain on the Polish-Slovak border in the High Tatras, characterized by three peaks. The central peak serves as the border between Poland and Slovakia and is simultaneously the highest peak in the Polish mountains. Rysy can be accessed from two sides: the Polish side and the Slovak side. The Polish trail is more difficult and demanding compared to the Slovak trail.
This peak is part of the Crown of Europe, the Diadem of Polish Mountains, the Crown of Polish Mountains, the Crown of the Most Outstanding Peaks of Poland, the Tourist Crown of the Tatras, and others.
