Have you ever been to Indore's Sarafa Bazaar and had Sabudana Khichdi? Well, I did and I couldn't believe how different it was from regular Sabudana Khichdi. It was super delicious. Every item I tried in Indore was so #Tasty and Chatpata. I noticed that majority of Indori Food contained a Masala called 'Jeeravan'. I had never tried food with Jeeravan before, and let me tell you, when I did, it's taste, fragrance, color & taste blew me away. I asked around for Sabudana Khichdi recipe because being a Maharashtrian, I eat it frequently on Upvas days or for breakfast/lunch. I am by no means a Chef, but I love food so I tried to recreate the recipe! Enjoy watching.

Ingredients-
200 grams - Sabudane(Sago)
150 grams - Peanuts (100 gm - Roasted & Crushed, 50 gm - Fried Peanuts...Refer Video)
2 - Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
10 to 12 - Curry Leaves
3 - Finely Chopped Green Chillies
2 tsp - Lemon Juice
1.5 tsp - Sugar
Salt to taste
4 tbsp - Ghee
